If the piece is already in use and a bracket is moving or steel has cracked, do not treat a message as clearance to keep loading it. Tell us the condition without testing it further for the sake of the enquiry.
For photographs or an existing drawing, use the email route. Crop out people and unrelated paperwork. Do not send door codes, payment details, or identity documents.
